A great new service allows you to make your puchase through our website, but you can pay at your local Post Office or anywhere you see the Payzone sign using your debit card or cash.

How it works - you place your order through our website, filling in your name, address and order details. At the make payment stage you click Payoffline and confirm your order. On the following screen you will be given a barcode, this is unique to you and your order. Just take this to your local Post Office or Payzone shop and make your payment.

They will let us know you have paid, and we will dispatch your order the next working day. Easy, safe and very secure.

How Quick Can You Dispatch?

Usually if you pay by noon on any weekday and of course stock permitting your purchase will usually get processed and sent out within a day or so, and our delivery costs are very competitive!

Unlike some of our competitors, we do not increase our postage charges the more you spend, so the more you get delivered the better value our charges are, and they are already excellent value.

We are sorry but we cannot allow collections from our premises and we only send orders to UK addresses.

Refund Policy and the Distance Selling Regulations...

We abide by all UK laws and the Distance Selling Regulations. If you are in any way not satisfied with a purchase you can return it, undamaged and with all the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, for a refund of the purchase price or a replacement item. 

Please contact us first so we can advise you of the process.

There are a few rules and exceptions to this, for the first 7 days you can return the item to us and we will provide you with a full refund of you entire invoice. From day 8 to 14 after purchase we will only refund you for the item, less the P&P charges you paid. Any postage & packing costs incurred by you in returning your order to us in will not be refunded though, these are your responsibility. Any free gifts received with the item you are returning will also need to be returned and any discounts on future purchases will become invalid.

Also personalised items and business to business transactions are excempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and these can only be returned if the items are faulty or at our discretion.

Once we have received your item(s) we will process your full refund within 30 days - money will only be refunded to the original card / account.

If you send back your item to us with underpaid postage it will be returned to you by Royal Mail.
