We are a small family run business so our turn around times are very fast, usually if you pay by noon on any weekday your purchase will usually get processed and sent out within one day. We keep all of the items listed in stock (unless stated) so it is just a case of processing your order, picking, packing and sending.

Royal Mail collect our parcels on a daily basis, Monday to Friday and deliver them 6 days a week so you should get your order within 2 or 3 days of placing it on our website. We can only dispatch our orders to UK addresses.

** All of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce - Next Day and Two Work Day delivery gives you a guaranteed delivery date within 24 or 48 hours of dispatch but please remember these times are from the date of dispatch not the time when you placed your order. If you need clarification about when an item will be delivered please contact us first before placing your order and we can give you an exact delivery date.

Order Online and Pay by Cheque, Postal Order, Credit or Debit Card

You can now pay by Cheque & Postal Order! Just browse our online store, choose your items, complete the checkout and your order is placed, all automatically.  Just print off a copy of the email you receive, send it to us long with your payment and we will do the rest. Please remember to make your cheques and postal orders payable to SDA SALES, and allow 7-10 days for all cheques to clear.

NEW for CHRISTMAS 2008 - You can now pay by Bank Transfer (BACS)

Just browse our online store, choose your items, complete the checkout by clicking Bank Transfer and your order is placed, all automatically. Our system will send you our bank details, just follow the instructions and transfer the money, very safe and very simple. Bank Transfers can take up to 5 working days to clear and please email us once you have sent payment.

Returns and Refunds

We abide by all UK laws and the Distance Selling Regulations.

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order, our service or if you just need any help and advice regarding your rights and our terms and conditions.

You can return any item* ordered from us for up to 14 days after delivery, please contact us first so we can advise you of the process. 

Once we have received your item(s) we will process your full refund within 30 days - money will only be refunded to the original card / account. Any postage & packing costs incurred by you in returning your order to us will not be refunded. Any free gifts received with the item you are returning will also need to be returned and any discounts on future purchases will become invalid.

If you send back your item to us with underpaid postage it will be returned to you by Royal Mail.

*Personalised items and business to business transactions are excempt from the DSR.
